Our small home and universal worker concept means we have fewer workers coming and going. This practice affords our caregivers the ability to develop closer relationships with residents, giving them an advantage in detecting a behavior that is unusual. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken proactive steps in keeping our residents and staff safe. Since we understand the COVID-19 information is everchanging, we continue to monitor and carefully follow guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),and the Tennessee Department of Health.
